2 cups fresh pineapple
3 celery sticks
1 inch ginger root
1/2 teaspoon flaxseed oil

Process the pineapple, celery and ginger through your juicer. Pour the juice into a glass then add the flaxseed oil and mix well. You could even put the processed juice and flaxseed oil in a jar that has a tight lid and shake it well to mix. Then pour into a glass and drink.

This juice has a great combination of minerals, antioxidants and essential fats that help support your joints.
